allergies
I’m having the worst allergies ever. It doesn’t help that there was a large forest fire in the state across the river. (I live on the Columbia River Gorge in OR). I asked the pharmacist about it. I said I was swallowing mucus. He seriously asked where it was coming from. There are options? He was like “sinuses?” I looked at him like “duh.” He was then a dismissive dick. I should also rinse out my nose with the modern version of a neti pot I got when I was pregnant. In fact, this reminds me of the nuclear nose I had then. I believe it’s worsened by my cymbalta withdrawal and some connection to histamines and seratonin. I’m also waiting on an email from my psychic. She sometimes checks my aura at a distance. Don’t laugh. Hmm… that email is kinda late. I also did hypnosis on allergies and The Healing Codes. Guess I could do some EFT. But most of all, I think Louise Hay has it right:
